This antique copper mirror from the Edo period features the inscription "Tenka Ichi Fujiwara Shigenaga." The Fujiwara name, historically associated with the powerful aristocratic family, was often adopted by skilled artisans to reflect a high level of craftsmanship. The mirror comes with its original wooden box. The mirror itself has a diameter of approximately 23 cm, with a handle length of 8.5 cm, and a thickness of around 0.3 cm. The wooden box measures approximately 26.5 cm in diameter and 38 cm in height, with a handle length of 11.5 cm and a thickness of 2 cm.

Both the mirror and the wooden box show signs of age, including surface wear and minor staining, typical of vintage items. The mirror’s intricate design offers a unique glimpse into the craftsmanship of the Edo period.
