A beautifully detailed woodblock print from the Meiji period, featuring a map of the Atago Shrine, illustrated by Goto Yoshikage. This antique map, dating to the 17th year of Meiji (1884), is an excellent example of Japanese woodblock artistry. The size is approximately 38.5 x 52.4 cm.
The map comes with a protective envelope. While there are some signs of aging, such as browning along the creases, there are no other prominent stains or damage. A rare piece for collectors, particularly those interested in historic Japanese cartography and Shinto shrines.
